Vegetarian Fried Xiuzhen Mushroom

Clean the Xiuzhen mushrooms and control the moisture.

Heat up the wok and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add sliced green onion and garlic until fragrant.

Then put the Xiuzhen mushrooms in and stir-fry them evenly.

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir well.
5.
Add carrot slices.

After stirring for 2 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch water and stir evenly.
7.
It's ready to be eaten right out of the pot and plated.
