Vegetarian Scrambled Eggs and Dried Lettuce

Prepare the materials. (Lettuce, smoked and sliced, shredded green onions, beaten eggs in a bowl).

The eggs were fried and stirred into chunks.

Put the bottom oil in the pot to heat up, add the green onions and saute.

Add in the smoked dry stir-fry.

Add lettuce slices and stir fry.

Then add the egg cubes and stir fry.

Pour in the right amount of rice wine and soy sauce.

Finally, add sugar and salt, stir fry, add chicken powder and stir fry evenly before serving.

Serve as a plate.
Tips:
1. Add a little rice wine to the egg to remove the fishy smell of the egg.
2. The lettuce is very tender, so it doesn't take too long to fry, just fry it twice.
