Vegetarian Steamed Shiitake Mushrooms

Diced yellow pepper and red pepper

Mince garlic, remove the roots of shiitake mushrooms (cut the roots into cubes), mark out the marks with a knife

Steam the mushrooms on high heat for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic, diced yellow pepper, diced red pepper, and diced mushrooms, stir fry evenly

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of light soy sauce, stir fry evenly

Spread the fried sauce on the shiitake mushrooms, cover and steam for 5 minutes

Add water to the remaining sauce, boil it over high heat, pour it on the steamed mushrooms, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
