Vegetarian Stew

Wash the cabbage, then cut it and set aside

Cut the tofu well and salt it to make it more delicious

Carrots, white radishes, and konjac, washed, cut and set aside.

Soak vermicelli and kelp well and set aside

Add Chinese cabbage, carrots, white radishes, and konjac one by one and stir fry. (Add hot water (⊙o⊙)!) Don’t use cold water
