Vegetarian Stir-fried Black Bean Sprouts

Black bean sprouts, remove the old roots, remove the bean skin, wash twice and soak for a while.

Shred the green onion and ginger, and shred the colored pepper.

Add black bean sprouts to control the moisture

Black bean sprouts are easy to cook and don’t need to be fried for long.
