Vegetarian Stir-fried Cabbage

Cut cabbage into cubes, shred green onions;

Pour oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, and add a spoonful of sugar;

When the sugar melts, add the cabbage and stir fry;

Order the right amount of soy sauce and stir fry a few times quickly, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, stir evenly and then turn off the heat;

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Cabbage is easy to cook. Don't over-fry it, it won't taste good when it is soft.
