Vegetarian Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables

Wash the broccoli and break the florets into a pot of boiling water and boil for about 1 minute. Remove and drain. Slice yam, carrots, and red pepper, shred green onion and ginger, and mince garlic.

Add green onion and ginger in a hot pan with cold oil and saute until fragrant.

Add the carrot slices and stir fry for a while, then pour in the yam and continue to stir fry for a while.
