Vegetarian Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables

1. Wash the broccoli and break the florets into a pot of boiling water and boil for about 1 minute. Remove and drain. Slice yam, carrots, and red pepper, shred green onion and ginger, and mince garlic.

2. Add green onion and ginger in a hot pan with cold oil and saute until fragrant.

3. Add the carrot slices and stir fry for a while, then pour in the yam and continue to stir fry for a while.

4. Add the blanched broccoli and stir-fry the red pepper evenly.

5. Add salt and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Pour in a little water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

7. Take out the pan and serve.

8. Finished product.
