Vegetarian Stir-fried Three Silk

One potato is peeled and shredded.

After washing off the surface starch, soak in clean water for ten minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut into shreds. Remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut into shreds.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, add shredded potatoes and green peppers and cook.

Put the boiled potato shreds and green pepper shreds out, rinse with water and drain the water.

Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry the carrots for a few times.

Tips:
After shredded potatoes, rinse off the starch on the surface with clean water, and then soak in clean water for ten minutes. It should not be too long to boil and become soft.
