Vegetarian Stir-fried Vegetables

First wash the greens and water.

Add oil to the pot. After sauteing the onion, ginger and garlic, add the red and green peppers and continue to stir fry. Add the green vegetables and continue to stir for about three minutes. (Because of the previous use of water) Add salt when out of the pot.
Tips:
Adding salt when it is out of the pot will not let the water loss of the vegetables, and can keep it fresh.
