Vegetarian Sushi Platter Combination

1. Vinegar rice: rice used for sushi. Ordinary households can use the rice that they usually eat. There are also many special rice for sushi.

Tips:

Generally sushi will use mayonnaise, but vegetarian friends can use yellow mustard sauce, the taste is not worse than mayonnaise~
The larger seaweed rolls in the platter are the same as the thin asparagus rolls, except that there are more cucumbers and carrots in the middle~
Served with sushi soy sauce and a little wasabi~
