Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Cut the yam into small sections. After soaking the oily bean curd, cut the length and width shorter than the yam section. Then wrap the yam with oily bean curd, wrap it tightly, and fix it with a toothpick. (The steps before this step are all mysteriously missing. I am also very helpless, so I can only say it directly.) Put the oil in the hot pot, deep-fry the vegetarian ribs until they are golden and set, then pick them up.

Pour out the oil, pour the vegetarian ribs into the pot, season with tomato sauce, sugar and a little red vinegar.
