Vermicelli Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds slightly wider than the leek leaves;

Soak the vermicelli thoroughly in warm water and cut into sections;

Pour edible oil into the wok, add garlic cloves, peppercorns, and chopped chilli to fry until fragrant;

Add the chopped cabbage, add light soy sauce, salt and stir fry a few times;

Remove the soaked vermicelli, put it on the soft-fried cabbage, cover the pot, and simmer for half a minute;

Open the lid, the vermicelli has changed color, mix the vermicelli and cabbage to turn off the heat. If you like, you can also pour a little vinegar, which enhances the flavor.
