Vietnamese Beef Pho More Delicious Than Restaurant Recipes🇻🇳 Phở
1.
Beef bones (I bought a cow neck bone or you can add some oxtail to make it more flavorful), wash and blanch it in water.
2.
After blanching, rinse the bones two to three times.
3.
Three small onions (half the large one) and four ginger pieces. Place them on a pan and fry them on both sides until they are browned and fragrant.
4.
Pour all kinds of spices into the pot and stir fry until the aroma comes out.
5.
Add the fried onion spice and coriander seed powder (if there is a whole one, it is best to use the whole one and then put it in the pot)
6.
Add water (approximately 5-6 liters) to cover the beef bones, add six spoons of fish sauce (very important) and one spoon of salt to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat.
7.
Simmer on low heat for about four or five hours. The longer it is cooked, the more fragrant the soup will be.
8.
You can also add some white radishes or carrots to increase the sweetness of the vegetables. Before the soup is out of the pot, you can increase the amount of salt according to your own taste, or add a small amount of chicken essence or beef powder for freshness.
9.
When the soup is almost cooked, remove the seasoning. Add the beef balls and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Add the beef slices, remember not to cook the beef slices for too long, you can turn off the heat as soon as it changes color. (You can also add your favorite ingredients such as blinds)
10.
Soak the kway teow in water for ten minutes before cooking.
11.
Put it in the boiling water and take it out for more than ten to twenty seconds.
12.
Wash the nine-story tower and dry it for later use.
13.
The boiled rice noodles are topped with fragrant beef bone broth, soft beef balls, fragrant green lemon, and a unique nine-layer pagoda. It's really a good taste that people can't give up 😋
You can also add some shredded onion, bean sprouts and red pepper as toppings according to your different tastes (usually Vietnamese restaurants will provide them to customers for their own choice). What are you waiting for? Come try it out. ❤️
Tips:
Most of the beef slices in Vietnamese restaurants are placed raw on the pho. The beef is quickly cooked in boiling hot soup to achieve a smoother and tender taste. For safety reasons, if it is not a high-quality beef, I suggest you everyone The meat slices should be cooked first before being out of the pot.
