Prepare lemongrass slices, mash the lemongrass, take the lemongrass water and set aside.

Marinated pork: Marinate pork with fish sauce, lemongrass water, sugar and green onions for about 10-15 minutes. From the frying pan, fry the marinated pork belly until slightly charred on both sides.

Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of fish sauce + 5 tablespoons of water + 1 tablespoon of sugar + appropriate amount of lemonade, stir well and add garlic and millet pepper.
