Vinegar and Ginger Pork Knuckle Soup

(1) Cut the pig's feet into 3cm wide pieces, slice the ginger (also can be patted)

Tips:
(1) Sweet vinegar is sold in supermarkets, and some are called Tian Ding Tian vinegar. It must be sweet vinegar, not rice vinegar or mature vinegar.

(3) After the pig's feet and eggs are cooked, they will taste better the next day.
