Vinegar Cabbage

Wash and shred cabbage.

Shred the red pepper and cut the green onion into small pieces.
3.
Heat the pan with oil, fry the chili to get a spicy flavor, stir-fry the pepper and green onion to create a fragrance, pour in the cabbage and salt and stir fry.
4.
Stir fry over high heat until the cabbage is cooked, add vinegar and monosodium glutamate to serve.
