Wash the garlic, wild pepper, coriander, green onion and cut. (Forgot to buy green onions)

Prepare the vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar in advance, mix well and set aside.

Put the lotus root on a plate, cut the preserved egg into pieces, put in peanuts, sprinkle onion, garlic, coriander and wild pepper, and top with the pre-adjusted sauce to finish.
Tips:
When making the sauce, if you are afraid that the sugar will not easily melt, you can heat it in the pot until the sugar melts after making it. Don't heat it for a long time, otherwise the moisture will evaporate and the acid will be too much.
