Vinegar Shredded Potatoes

Prepare two potatoes and wash them

Cut the green pepper into shreds, garlic cloves, and green onions

Cut the potatoes into thin strips, wash several times with water, and soak for half an hour

Add oil to the pot, saute the shallots and garlic

Pour in shredded green pepper and potato, stir fry quickly, and sprinkle some vinegar along the wall of the pot.

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, sprinkle with chives, quickly stir-fry for a few times, and then out of the pot

Crispy potato shreds, ready to serve, let’s eat
Tips:
Cut the potato shreds as thin as possible and wash them several times before soaking;
Do not add water when frying, and stir fry quickly, so as to maintain a crispy texture.
