Volcanic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients preparation:
Cut duck meat into froth, ginger/garlic/cut into froth, and cut red pepper into cubes;

Potatoes are cooked in water without peeling them, and the chopsticks can be easily pierced through, indicating that they are cooked; slices and steaming are also ok;

Mashed potato chips:
Put the boiled potatoes in a larger container and slowly mash them into puree. Add a little pure milk and 1 teaspoon of salt in the middle, and mix well;

To make mashed potatoes into a small volcano in a deep dish, I used a "straw hat dish";

Stir-fry sauce:
Pour some oil in a hot pot, add ginger/garlic froth and chili to fry until fragrant;

Pour in the duck soup foam and continue to stir fry, then pour in the duck soup to thicken the starch;
Then drizzle on the mashed potatoes and it's done!
Tips:
If you want mashed potatoes to be delicious, you must add pure milk.
