Waffle
1.
Material preparation: 250g flour, 250ml milk, 100g sugar, a pinch of salt, 3 eggs, 100g butter (softened butter: take the butter out of the refrigerator two or three hours in advance and put it in a warm place), One teaspoon of baking powder and one bag of vanilla extract (8g).
2.
Eggs, vanilla extract, mix well. Add sugar in three times and mix well.
3.
Add butter. (Easier to stir after dicing)
4.
Crush the butter with an electric mixer to dissolve the butter.
5.
Add baking powder, milk, salt, and mix well. Add the flour in three times (not easy to clump). Stir well.
6.
Take an appropriate amount of batter in the waffle maker (the electric baking pan also has the function of making waffles).
7.
Two minutes later, Ok.
8.
I made 7 sheets of these batters, and the first one fell off my stomach as soon as it was out of the pot, hehe. . . The last one is too much batter and ugly.
9.
It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or served with jam. I like it with ice cream or nothing.
Tips:
It was delicious when it was first made, but when it was eaten for breakfast the next day, it didn't smell as good as it was just made. It doesn't matter. Put it back in the waffle-making utensil and heat it for a minute, and it tastes the same as when it was just made.
