Wager Potato Chips
1.
Prepared potatoes and kitchen tools.
2.
Use a pattern knife to cut into tiles.
3.
Rinse excess starch with water.
4.
Bring the water to a boil and add the potato chips to a boil. Remove and drain the water.
5.
Boil the oil pan to 5-6 into the heat and lower the tiles. (Don’t move the pan just after it’s been fried, turn it over after the fry is finalized)
6.
After frying, take it out and use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
7.
Top with Thai sweet chili sauce and start eating.
Tips:
If you have time, put the potatoes in the water and freeze them in the refrigerator for several hours. Frozen and fried are more delicious.
