I bought a package of wakame on JD.com and considered making vegetable soup. The vegetable soup was super unpalatable, and then I tried a cold dressing. I couldn't stop the delicious food, I finished two bags in a row.

1. Prepare raw materials.

2. Soak the wakame for about 5 minutes. A small handful can make a lot of it. While waiting, shred the green onion, cut the dried chili into sections, and mix the oyster sauce soy sauce with salt and sesame oil in a small bowl. Heat vegetable oil in the pot.

Tips:

I didn't weigh the amount of wakame soak, just grabbed a handful with my hand. If it feels large, you can cut it with a knife.
