Wakame

Prepare raw materials.

Soak the wakame for about 5 minutes. A small handful can make a lot of it. While waiting, shred the green onion, cut the dried chili into sections, and mix the oyster sauce soy sauce with salt and sesame oil in a small bowl. Heat vegetable oil in the pot.

Put the soaked wakame into the plate after controlling the water, and put the green onion and dried chili on the top. Pour hot oil on the green onions and chilies. Pour in the juice and mix well before serving.
Tips:
I didn't weigh the amount of wakame soak, just grabbed a handful with my hand. If it feels large, you can cut it with a knife.
