Refreshing Waldorf salad (waldorf salad)
The perfect match of fruits, vegetables and nuts!

Waldorf Salad

1. Wash the celery and apple, peel, and cut into silk (or cut into chunks, depending on personal preference)

2. Enlarge apples and celeriac in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and cream cheese to taste. Add walnuts (or other nuts) and mix well

3. Season with a little sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure even taste

4. Cut parsley into small cubes. Cut the grapes in half. Celery leaves roughly chopped

5. All the cut and mixed ingredients are mixed. Stir to make sure the taste is even

6. Serve and enjoy

Tips:

Celery is generally eaten raw in western food, if you can't accept it, just add some celery. Mainly lies in fruits and nuts.
