Waldorf Salad

Cut green apples into pieces, peel and cut oranges and set aside.

Boil the celery stock pot, add water and heat to a boil, add the celery, blanch it (1-2 minutes), remove it and set aside.

Toss the salad. Pour celery, apples, and yogurt into a salad bowl or pan, sprinkle a spoonful of salt, and stir well.
