Walnut and Oyster Pork Bone Soup
1.
Soak peanuts and walnuts in water in advance, and change the water;
2.
Pork bones and ginger slices are blanched to remove the blood, then rinse with water and drain;
3.
Just wash the oysters with clean water, and the candied dates are the same, set aside;
4.
Wash the corn and cut it into appropriate size segments for later use;
5.
Peel the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob for later use;
6.
Boil water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put all the ingredients prepared above into the pot, boil for about 5-10 minutes on high fire, and then turn to low fire for about 2 hours; (I use the rice cooker soup mode)
7.
Add a little salt to taste before eating!
Tips:
The peach coat is a bit bitter, and some people can't accept it. You can soak it in warm water overnight, then peel off the walnut coat and make the soup the next day!
