Peach crisps were the favorite snack of my parents back then. Today is the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I will use my free time to make a loving snack for the two elderly people-crispy walnut peach crisps, no introduction to the nutrition of walnuts. Now, it is well known as the brain gold, very suitable for the elderly to eat, don’t say much, let’s try it quickly!

Walnut and Peach Crisp

1. First peel the walnuts and put them in a food bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and prepare all the ingredients!

2. Stir the egg liquid, sugar, and corn oil evenly, pour in the chopped walnuts and continue stirring, leaving a little for decoration, add salt and baking soda in the low flour and mix well, then pour the egg yolk paste into the flour and continue to mix.

3. Make this dough.

4. Use a spoon to make a hemispherical dough.

5. Divide into round dough of uniform size.

6. Use the bottom of a spoon to flatten each dough.

7. Brush with egg wash.

8. Sprinkle with black sesame, white sesame, and chopped walnuts for decoration.

9. Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

10. The crisp and crunchy peach cake is ready.

11. One bite, full of crispy walnuts!

12. Give it to your parents!

13. Mom and dad eat a bite, full of happiness!

Tips:

This recipe can make 14 peach crisps, if you don’t have too many ingredients, you can halve it! Very crispy, try it out!
