I have been amazed at the beauty and exquisiteness of Japanese wagashi. Although I yearned for it, I didn't have the determination to try.
Inadvertently, seeing this banana and fruit, cut into small four squares, it seems that the requirements for appearance are not particularly high. It happens that there are bananas and walnuts, so I immediately moved my mind.

Walnut Banana Wagashi

10. Grab a little cooked flour with your hands and pat it on the surface of the dough.

11. Stretch the dough into a flat strip.

12. Cut into squares of equal size.

Tips:

The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your preferences.
Walnuts can be replaced with other nuts or not.
Put the glutinous rice flour or flour into the microwave oven to cook, you can get the cooked flour.
