Walnut Black Sesame Paste

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in clean water for about 2 hours.

Put black sesame, flax seeds and walnuts in a wok and sauté until fragrant.

Put the soaked glutinous rice and an appropriate amount of water into a boiling pot and cook for 20 minutes.

Put rock sugar into the glutinous rice porridge and cook until the rock sugar melts.
5.
Put the glutinous rice porridge, black sesame seeds, flax seeds and walnuts into the wall breaking machine.
6.
Press the start button and stir for 1 minute.
Tips:
1. For smooth and delicate walnut black sesame paste, glutinous rice is best.
2. If you don't put sugar, the walnut black sesame paste will have astringent taste.
