Walnut Blueberry Taro Cake
1.
Peel the taro and cut in half. Put it in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
2.
Take it out while it's hot and grind it into mud
3.
Take a mold in the shape you like, fill it with taro puree (the cookie mold I use), and compact it
4.
Cooked walnuts ready
5.
Put half of the walnuts on the surface of the taro, press it lightly, and press it into the half of the taro puree
6.
Pull out the mold gently
7.
Three spoons of blueberry jam, diluted with two spoons of honey
8.
Spoon a spoonful of the adjusted blueberry honey juice and pour it on the taro
9.
Very delicious
Tips:
Walnut kernels should only be fragrant when they are cooked. Wear gloves when peeling the taro. The white juice of the taro will make your hands itchy.
