Walnut Cheese
1.
Soak rice in water for a day and night
2.
Red dates are soaked in water (I soaked a lot of red dates, actually only used about half)
3.
Soak the walnuts in boiling water for 1 hour
4.
Peel after soaking (this step is more troublesome, you need to be patient)
5.
Put the red dates in a pot and cook for a while, about 4 to 5 minutes
6.
Take out the boiled red dates, peel them and remove the pits after cooling, and get the puree
7.
The peeled walnuts are broken up with a cooking machine, the more broken the better (I directly added half a bowl of water to beat)
8.
Put the soaked rice into the food processor, add appropriate amount of water to make the rice milk, and then filter the rice dregs with a strainer, leaving only the rice milk
9.
Ready casserole
10.
Pour in crushed walnuts, rice milk, jujube puree, boil on low heat and cook for 5 minutes. It is best to watch it by the side to prevent overflow (I added some water, otherwise I feel too thick, you can according to your own taste Adjustment)
11.
Add appropriate amount of white sugar before turning off the heat, don’t add too much
