In winter, I can’t help but want to eat snacks. This walnut biscuit is a very good afternoon tea snack. You can make it yourself, and the walnuts can supplement nutrition. You can do two things with one stone.

Walnut Cookies

1. Softened butter

2. Add sugar to the butter and beat well;

3. Add egg liquid in batches and beat well;

4. Sift in low powder;

5. Add crushed walnuts;

6. And into dough

7. Put plastic wrap in the mold;

8. Put the biscuit dough into the mold to shape it, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour after shaping;

9. Cut into even slices;

10. Put the biscuits on the baking tray, not too close, because they will expand during the baking process;

11. Oven at 175 degrees for about 18 minutes.

Tips:

1. The room temperature here is very low. I cut the butter into small pieces and soften it with the hot air of a hair dryer;
2. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature.
