Walnut Cookies

Softened butter

Add sugar to the butter and beat well;

Add egg liquid in batches and beat well;

Sift in low powder;

Add crushed walnuts;

And into dough

Put plastic wrap in the mold;

Put the biscuit dough into the mold to shape it, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour after shaping;

Cut into even slices;

Put the biscuits on the baking tray, not too close, because they will expand during the baking process;

Oven at 175 degrees for about 18 minutes.
Tips:
1. The room temperature here is very low. I cut the butter into small pieces and soften it with the hot air of a hair dryer;
2. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature.
