Walnut Crisp

Eggs, sugar and corn oil together

Stir well and let them blend completely

Sift in low flour and cornmeal

Add baking soda and baking powder

Knead into dough

Add the cooked walnuts and continue to knead and mix evenly

Divide into small balls, put in a baking tray, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and gently flatten the balls, preheat the oven at 150℃ for 15 minutes, and the color will be slightly yellow.

After baking, take it out and let it cool thoroughly, and keep it tightly sealed.
Tips:
The amount of sugar is just right, if you don’t like it too sweet, you can reduce it by ten to fifteen grams. Walnut crisp with cornmeal is more crispy, but the cornmeal must be sieved.
