Walnut Crisp

Put sugar, salt and oil together and stir well

Add the whole egg mixture and mix well

Sift in the low powder and baking soda, add the chopped walnuts and mix well. (The walnuts beaten by the wall-breaking machine are a bit broken)

Knead it with a spatula

Press 8 grams each, knead and knead it into the baking tray

Flatten

Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, and then just paint.

Let cool after baking

Crisp and fragrant! Not greasy!
Tips:
1. The amount of chopped walnuts is arbitrary, if you like to eat, put more.
2. I use a non-stick bakeware for baking. Lower the temperature of the ordinary bakeware, otherwise it will be easy to batter.
