Walnut Jujube
1.
The red dates I used today were brought back from Xinjiang specially by my friends. They are very big and are about to catch up with the eggs. They are thick and small in size, and have a high sweetness. Wash the dates carefully
2.
Cut the washed jujube from one side, don’t cut it, connect the other side, and then remove the jujube core
3.
Remove all the jujube pits and put them in the baking tray
4.
The oven is set to 90 degrees + hot air circulation, and the time is set to 3 hours. Put the red dates in the oven and bake them for 2 hours before taking them out. I baked some banana chips for the baby at the same time, the oven is big, so no energy is wasted
5.
After 2 hours, take out the red dates. At this time, the red dates are not very dry, just suitable for sandwiching walnuts.
6.
Walnuts I choose peeled large walnuts, which are better with jujube
7.
Insert the walnut kernel from the cut of the jujube. A jujube usually contains half of the walnut kernel.
8.
Clamp them all together and put them on the baking tray
9.
Still at 90 degrees low temperature, continue to bake for 1 hour
10.
At this time, the dates are all dried and the walnut kernels are also ripe. It is very fragrant and crisp to eat after cooling.
Tips:
Low-temperature baking will not bake the dates, and can maintain the original color of the dates. If the temperature is high, the jujube will change color, and the nutrition is not as much as that of low-temperature baking.
