Walnut Peanut Biscuits

Put the yeast in warm water and let stand for 2 minutes

Weigh the flour and put it in a basin, and slowly pour the yeast water.

Stir it into a floc (add yeast water while stirring)

Knead it into a smooth dough and let it rise at room temperature.

Filling: a handful of fried peanuts and a handful of peeled walnuts.

Put the peanuts and walnuts into a food processor and beat them into powder. Add sugar and mix well.

Take out the dough that is twice as large as fermented.

The dough is vented and divided into equal parts.

Roll into a pancake and put the filling in the center.

Close the mouth, then flatten the mouth down, and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the cake with a brush.

Put it on the baking tray and arrange it.

Put it in the preheated oven, and bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
After wrapping the filling, roll it out as thinly as possible so that the aeration will be more obvious. The egg liquid is more beautiful on the surface
