Walnut Pork Liver Congee

1. Walnuts are pressed into small petals, pork liver is sliced and then marinated with seasoning, ginger, corn starch and zhanxu salad oil. Cut green onion into flowers

2. Put rice, scallops, and water together in a pot and cook into porridge

3. Put the marinated liver in the porridge

4. Cook pork liver slices over medium heat until cooked through, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onions
