Walnut Sesame Paste

Chop the walnuts and black sesame peanuts separately with a blender.

Mix the crushed walnuts, sesame and peanuts evenly.

Spread a layer of rock sugar on the top and steam it on medium heat for an hour. Stir several times during the steaming process so that the rock sugar blends into the paste. It is usually steamed three times until the fat in the walnuts, sesame and peanuts is completely integrated.
