Walnut Shortbread
1.
Prepare all the ingredients you need. I chose butter this time because it is more fragrant (vegetable oil can also be used, but I have not tried it. I will try vegetable oil next time)
2.
Whip the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs and beat together. Follow the same direction, the walnuts should be roasted first, chopped and then pour the whipped butter together and stir evenly, and finally add the flour (the baking soda should be mixed with the flour Uniform).
3.
Divide into small doses, squash, and brush with egg liquid on the surface
4.
Preheat the oven first, and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes (because I made a larger size, so the baking time is longer. If the biscuits are small, bake for 15 minutes)
5.
This is the finished product, which is all baked, and I gave it to my husband to taste. He said it was delicious if he didn’t eat sweets.
Tips:
What I made this time was without baking powder. In fact, you can make crispy biscuits without baking powder!
