Walnuts in Sugar Sauce

Boil the walnuts in water for a few minutes.

Drain the water.

Pour oil into the pan and fry the walnuts.
4.
Drain the oil and set aside.
5.
Pour a little water and white sugar into the pot to thicken, pour in walnuts, stir fry and coat with sugar juice.
6.
Finished product.
