Before I made Hua Mantou, I really didn't know that making Mantou could bring me so much happiness!

Wangcai Dog

1. Put all the main ingredients into the container, mix into a flocculent shape, knead into a smooth dough, seal and ferment to double the size

2. Take out the fermented dough and knead it to exhaust air, then knead into long strips, divide into four equal parts, and knead into an oval shape

3. Use scissors to cut out two horns at one end, and then cut out the hair on the top

4. Then use black face to make eyes and big nose, white face to make white eyes, and red face to make mouth.

5. Put it in a steamer, steam in a pot on cold water, steam for 10 minutes after the steam, turn off the heat and simmer for about 1 minute.

Tips:

If the noodles are grown in winter, they should be fermented at a temperature above 20 degrees. You can add a little more yeast to make it easier to ferment.
