Red beans have many functions such as clearing away heat and detoxifying, invigorating the spleen and stomach, diuresis and swelling, ventilating and eliminating troubles, enriching blood and producing milk.
I often boil some red beans and put them in the refrigerator to eat and take. The red beans can be made into honey red beans or into red bean paste.

Want Want Red Bean Toast

1. Weigh all the ingredients for later use, put all the ingredients except butter, honey red beans, almonds into the bread machine and knead into a smooth dough

2. Add butter and continue to knead to the complete stage

10. Put them into the mold one by one

11. Perform secondary fermentation, preheat the oven at 150 degrees

12. Fermented for the second time until the mold is nine minutes full, press almonds on three toasts as dog’s ears

13. Put it in the oven, 150 degrees for 40 minutes, and cover with tin foil in time

Tips:

Add honey red beans according to your preference, or you can replace it with red bean paste
