Warm and Appetizing Sauerkraut Stewed Pork Ribs

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash sauerkraut and cut into shreds for later use.

Cut the tofu into slices.

Soak the vermicelli in advance to soften.

Prepare dried chili and star anise cinnamon.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Chop the ribs into small pieces, put them in cold water, boil and remove.

Put the blanched ribs in a soup pot and add an appropriate amount of hot water.

Add green onion, ginger, star anise and cinnamon, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until 40 minutes.

Tips:
Sauerkraut is best to choose Northeast sauerkraut, and stew until the soup is not dried.
