Warm Away The Cold---spicy Scallion Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into slices.

Cut the scallions into large slices.

Put oil in the pan, add tofu slices and fry until golden, remove the oil.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the pickled peppers and stir fry to get the red oil.

Add tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Add soy sauce and sugar and stir fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add scallions and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
After adding the green onions, stir fry on high heat. It is not easy to take too long.
