Warm Mix Enoki Mushroom

Wash and shred carrots

Cut and remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, scatter and rinse well

Remove the coriander leaves, wash and cut into sections

Add a little oil and salt to the pot and blanch the carrots until soft, remove the water and set aside

Blanch the enoki mushrooms as above

Put enoki mushrooms, carrots and parsley in a bowl and add salt

Lightly salted light soy sauce with sesame oil and vinaigrette

Mix all the ingredients evenly
Tips:
In summer, carrots and enoki mushrooms can be blanched and rinsed with cold water, which is a cold enoki mushroom.
