Warm Winter Salad

The chicken legs should be boneless, and chop the chicken a few times with a knife, then add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper to marinate. These should be done the night before

Cut carrots, asparagus, iron stick yam, and cucumber into strips. The iron stick yam does not need to be peeled. Cucumbers can be blanched in hot water before cutting
