Water Cup Gingerbread House (mini Version of Gingerbread House~)
1.
First use cardboard to draw the drawing. The width of the door should be adjusted according to the style of your own water cup, generally around 1-1.5 cm. Cut them with scissors
2.
Prepare the ingredients needed for gingerbread
3.
Cut butter into small pieces, add syrup and caster sugar, heat over medium heat to melt until fully mixed
4.
Cool down slightly from the heat
5.
Add whipped cream and mix well
6.
Weigh all kinds of flour mixed (in fact, there is a bowl of flour)
7.
Take a large bowl, pour the previously mixed syrup, and sift into the powder
8.
Mix well with the help of a scraper
9.
Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for more than half an hour
10.
Take a part of the dough, cover the surface with plastic wrap, and roll it into 2-3 cm thick slices
11.
Move to oiled paper and carve out the walls and roof of the gingerbread house along the cardboard
12.
A small gingerbread house requires 2 copies of each pattern in the drawing
13.
Put one egg white in a clean, water-free and oil-free bowl, add powdered sugar three times to beat
14.
Just lift the whisk and pull out the sharp corners.
15.
Put the meringue frosting into the piping bag (I made a disposable one directly with oil paper)
16.
Squeeze the edge of the gingerbread with meringue as a binder, and start the assembly
17.
After installing the four walls, lean against with water cups and other objects to dry the walls
18.
Be sure to wait until the walls are firm before you go to the roof. Be careful that the roofs on both sides of the ginger are glued together.
19.
The roof is covered with meringue
20.
Sprinkle colored sugar pins on it and you're done, put it on a cup or put it in a small box and you can give it away
Tips:
This recipe can make about 900 grams of dough. In addition to the mini gingerbread house, you can also bake some other styles of biscuits.
Like the tx of the bigger gingerbread house, you can refer to my finished product last year http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-157135.html
