Watercress and Crucian Carp Soup

Wash carrots and fresh yam and cut into large pieces.

Wash watercress and set aside.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of water to 1 medium and boil on high heat.
4.
Wash the crucian carp, drain the water, and fry in the pan until golden on both sides.
5.
Add the crucian carp after the water boils.
6.
Add watercress and boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to medium and low heat for 1.5 hours.
7.
Add salt to taste.
