Watercress and Fish Fillet in Claypot

Wash watercress.
2.
Cut thin slices of Long Li fish. (I cut it too thinly and it broke up when I cooked.)
3.
Marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes in salt.
4.
Bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
5.
Add watercress and boil.
6.
Then add the fish fillets and cook until the fish fillets turn white.
7.
Season with salt and sugar at the end.
