Watercress Fish Soup

Open the fish to remove impurities, wash and control the water.

Wash watercress.
3.
Wash the wolfberry.
4.
Heat the pan, pour the oil and heat up, add the fish and fry until both sides are colored and set.
5.
Put the ginger slices in, then pour in an appropriate amount of water and boil.
6.
Cook until the soup turns white.
7.
Add watercress and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
8.
Put the wolfberry in, cook for 2 or 3 minutes and add salt.
9.
Finished product.
