Watercress Meatball Soup
1.
Pick and wash watercress, slice ginger

Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot, add oil, salt, and ginger slices

When the water is boiled, add watercress
4.
When the watercress is half-cooked, add the thick soup treasure (personally prefer light, put half of the thick soup treasure)
5.
Add meatballs
6.
Cook until the watercress and meatballs are cooked
7.
You can add some soy sauce to the watercress, or leave it alone

Tips:
I personally like to drizzle watercress a bit. If you want to eat fresh watercress, you can add meatballs early, and then turn off the heat early, don’t cook it for too long.
